Album # 58 is Trance-Fusion - Frank Zappa

Finally Frank Zappa's Trance-Fusion CD is released, after years of waiting.
For you who don't know this is Zappa's third guitar solo collection.

The first one Shut Up'n Play Yer Guitar was released in 1981 (set of 3 LP or 2 CD), the second one simply called Guitar (set of 2 CD or shortened version on 2 LP) came out 1988. A couple of years later Frank announced that he had put together a third guitar album, one CD with solos recorded live on different stages between 1977 and 1988.

But by some reason the release was held up and suddenly the music leaked out from the studio to the fans and Trance-Fusion started circulating among fans all over the world through the cassette swap underground network that was quite popular in those pre internet days.

But in November 2006, circa 15 years later, it was released for real and during December Radio Dupree will play the Trance-Fusion solos until everybody go crazy.
